Intentions are powerful. They are powerful at any time, and most powerful when written down. Somehow, intentions gain even more power when we email them to ourselves or send them to a peer, a friend, or some beloved, precious person.
Try out writing your intention each day and sending it to yourself by email or text, and sending it to another. You will be amazed at the results. They can be almost instantaneous.
Keep in mind that setting intentions invites everything in the way of the intention to come up for healing and release, or we simply start to create or manifest in part or in full. Always speak of your intention as something that’s going to happen in the future.
