12 Secrets of Breathwork Mastery RBM

The “secrets” in this book are for those individuals who feel they are soul-journeying through lifetimes that operate through thoughts, feelings, and memories, but are not their thoughts, feelings, and memories. This book is mainly for Breathwork Mastery RBM professionals to send to or give to their clients. It is also very much for anyone who wants to live intentionally.

I added my personal experiences with some leading Breathworkers and Rebirthers to the end of the 12 Secrets of Breathwork Mastery RBM. This gives the reader a glimpse into the whole phenomenon of Breathwork

This style of Breathwork, with its emphasis on the self-generated process of conscious breathing and allowing the process to unfold in a safe, supported environment, was devised by and has been delivered since the 1990s by Alakh Analda in many parts of the world.

The Little Book of Big Processes

Who is this book of processes for?
These processes are for graduates of the Breathwork Mastery RBM curriculum. They function like a workbook because Breathwork Mastery RBM professionals use them in their workshops.

The use of these processes by others is highly discouraged. Breathwork Mastery RBM is a process of Full, conscious, connected, longer-and-slower-than-normal breathing using the navel and below, the chest and sides of the chest, and the upper chest and above, in what is called a breathing cycle until the eyes want to open. It is usually practised lying down in a safe, supported environment, after setting a highly motivating intention. This ongoing process helps us feel more fulfilled and alive in our everyday lives. Breathwork Mastery RBM is about living the way we intend, and mastery means ease. One of the main features of Breathwork Mastery RBM is setting an intention before the session so participants can integrate it into their everyday lives. Breathwork means allowing the breath to work for us. Mastery means ease. This style of Breathwork, with its emphasis on the self-generated process of conscious breathing and allowing the process to unfold in a safe, supported environment, was devised by and has been delivered since the 1990s by Alakh Analda in many parts of the world.

Why Big processes?
They are big because participants can achieve strong results by breathing longer, more normally, and more fully after a process that brings unresolved material from the past to the surface. These processes activate material from different subjects before a Breathwork Mastery RBM group or personal session. The processes are specifically for well-trained Breathwork Mastery RBM professionals, and the originator requests that they be used with great respect for participants and their process. If you are a Facilitator with another certification, please work in partnership with a Breathwork Mastery RBM professional. I designed most of these Processes, and I’ve used them in my workshops since 1993.

These Processes are activating
These processes bring up emotional material, thoughts, and memories from the past, and it is irresponsible to do so without proper support. To those qualified to use these processes, I ask you to name me as the author or originator, and sometimes the presenter, of these processes. Some processes are activating, and some are completion processes.

Intentionality

By Alakh Analda

This is everything you ever wanted to know about intentions. I am always using intentions. They are so powerful that I invite my friends and family to use them too. I have also started writing them every day, emailing them to myself, and then checking in the evening to see how I went. Intentions achieve remarkable results. Because of this, I decided to create a booklet so other people can also take advantage of the power of intentions. I added unpredictable conscious futures because that is what happens, although we could say unpredictable means we don’t know what will happen when we set an intention. We invite everything in the way to come up, or we allow the intention to manifest. It is unpredictable if we let go of putting our past in the future and shape our future by setting intentions.

This information is for everyone. It will be particularly useful for Breathwork Mastery RBM professionals to give or recommend to their clients.

This style of Breathwork using intention setting and with its emphasis on the self-generated process of conscious breathing and allowing the process to unfold in a safe, supported environment, was devised by and has been delivered since the 1990s by Alakh Analda in many parts of the world.

Chakras – evolving from human to the Divine

Each of the six major Chakras has a frame of reference, a psychological aspect through which the world is perceived. This book offers in-depth distinctions on the major Chakras as windows of perception in humankind. It identifies balance and imbalance, and full and supreme awakening in each Chakra, and explains how this relates to day-to-day personal and professional living. The book identifies and addresses Kundalini awakening in all its forms and its day-to-day significance. This book covers how to use conscious breath, meditation, yoga practice, and awareness to evolve the consciousness of the contemporary human. Knowledge of a major Chakra element, sense, organ of sense, and organ of action helps link physical symptoms to their psychological source and relate them to prosperity through Chakra perceptions.

Alakh wrote this book to share her experiences as a swami and teacher at Swami Satyananda’s ashram in India, where she lived from 1977 to 1986, and as a full-time professional Breathwork Mastery RBM Trainer in the West since 1987. In the ashram lifestyle, yogic wisdom is passed directly, indirectly, and by direct transmission from the Yoga Master.

The India experience was from 1977 to 1985, and back in Australia, Alakh was able to use her yogic knowledge and her Breathwork experience with clients to write the Workbook on the Chakras, which became part of the Breathwork Mastery RBM Training curriculum. Alakh had her Breathwork Mastery RBM trainings accredited in 1998 and again in 2006 and 2010, earning her the Advanced Diploma in Breathwork Mastery Trainer. She later created a 5-level Breathwork Mastery RBM curriculum, which graduates of the training teach in many countries worldwide after negotiating with her to deliver her copyrighted material.

Since 1986, Alakh has met individuals and participants treading a path to and beyond spiritual awakening, and away from the living presence of a master who has had a full kundalini awakening. She has followed both paths and presents material that is a current and unique contribution to the body of knowledge in spiritual development in contemporary living. Now, the Workbook on the Chakras from the Breathwork Mastery RBM curriculum has been adapted into a general interest book called “Chakras – evolving from human to the Divine”.
