A personal evolutionary journey in being more aware and able to choose
This study material is unique, fresh and highly applicable to the contemporary human. Each of the six major Chakras has a frame of reference, a psychological aspect through which the world is perceived. The training material has been developed by Alakh from both of her roles as a swami and teacher in the ashram of Swami Satyananda in India, where she lived from 1977 to 1986, and as a full-time professional Breathworker in the West since 1987.
Going on to become a Breathworker trainer in 1993, Alakh had these Breathwork Mastery RBM trainings accredited in 1998 and again in 2006, attaining the Advanced Diploma in Breathwork Mastery Trainer. Since 1986, Alakh has met individuals and participants treading the current path to and beyond spiritual awakening, away from the living presence of a master who has had a full kundalini awakening. She has followed both paths and presents material that is a current and unique contribution to the body of knowledge in the field of spiritual development in contemporary living.
In-depth distinctions are given on the major Chakras as windows of perception in humankind. Balance and imbalance, and full and supreme awakening in each Chakra, are identified, along with how this relates to day-to-day personal and professional living.
Kundalini awakening in all its forms is identified and addressed in terms of its day-to-day significance. All the training is directed towards the use of conscious breath, meditation, yoga practice and awareness to evolve the consciousness of the contemporary human. Knowledge of a major Chakra element, sense, organ of sense, and organ of action supports linking physical symptoms to their psychological source and relating to prosperity through the Chakra perceptions.
