  1. Conscious breath
  2. Full breath, using the navel and below, the chest and the sides of the chest, and the upper chest and above
  3. Connected breath, without pauses
  4. Relaxed or subtle breath – longer and slower than normal
  5. Inhale and exhale through the nose until or unless it blocks
  6. Breath remains linked to body sensation awareness of the variations in breath, body and consciousness
  7. Awareness of it being hard or easy to breathe

Breathwork Mastery RBM self-clearing includes:

  • Surfacing subconscious self-limiting conditioning, imprints, thoughts, decisions
  • Resolving self-limiting imprinting by reprogramming subconscious thoughts
  • Diminishing reactivity and irrational behaviour and responses
  • Freedom to act instead of react
  • Freedom to choose instead of respond unthinkingly or from past conditioning
