The Global Inspiration Conference (GIC), an annual event hosted by a member of the International Breathwork Foundation, is unlike any other. It is a huge love bubble for a week in one part of the world. I fall in love with everyone as I walk into the conference. It has a unique atmosphere of unconditional love from the moment we get there until the end. I make more really good friends each time I go, and I love catching up with my old friends from each year. Sometimes we visit one another in our different countries.
Apart from being a place to gain great relationships, it’s a great place for professional development. My presentation skills have improved, especially since I’ve been translating. The first time I stood up to say something, I got a fright to hear myself on the microphone. I had never spoken on a microphone before.
