I was born on 23 January 1950 around 4.00 pm, a psychic told me, in a small private hospital called Jaloma in Brisbane, Australia. The hospital is gone today, either demolished for flats or another building near the suburb of Cooparoo. My mother told me in my later years that she was fully anaesthetised from before my birth and obviously during and after. Twilight sleep was the name of the anaesthetic at the time; it was discontinued later. Why?
My mother told me it was because it caused respiratory problems.

When I started Breathwork in 1986, I had a memory of being quite happy floating around in the womb and the colours were warm yet fuzzy. Then the colours became grey and I had a bad taste in my mouth. I started to feel very uncomfortable and I found it really really hard to breathe.

Hearing from my mother that babies were having difficulty breathing when the mother was given twilight sleep gave me great faith in the power of Breathwork many questions for me.

The amazing thing is that I first found out what had seemed to happen and then she verified it. This can happen with many people who use Breathwork.

In regard to recreating our birth, even today when I have a really big event or process coming to completion or an important meeting or conversation, I can create an anaesthetic fog around me.
