Alakh Analda founded Zentium International Training Organisation in 2000.
Zentium International Mission statement 2025:
Zentium International and Associates is a financially viable organisational structure comprising independent and interdependent groups and individuals, operating nationally and internationally. We are Breathwork Mastery RBM graduates and participants who combine and share resources. Together, we create, sustain, and deliver high-quality Trainers, Trainings, and Training Centres to provide the Breathwork Mastery RBM curriculum. This education is in the service of humanity and honours the four elements of nature, earth, air, fire and water and the universal life force.
These Trainings provide graduates, participants and their clients with education and training to self-generate an intentional life in balance with nature, self, family, community and financial and personal responsibility. The one-to-one or group Breathwork Mastery RBM trainings are delivered in rural and city environments. The overall aim of the Organisation is to blend full involvement in our dynamic professional lifestyle and joyous social interaction.

History of Zentium International Training Organisation
In 2000, Alakh Analda established the Training organisation Zentium International, now called Zentium International and Associates. From the beginning, the aim is to provide comprehensive and indepth trainings for the next seven generations for those who want to use the breath to be clear and balanced their lives, and to live intentionally. It is based on the understanding that we all have programmed responses because of our early past circumstances, and we can consciously reprogramme those patterns that are limiting, as long as we know how.
Therefore the mandate for Zentium International is to continue provide relevant and comprehensive training in regards to conditioning and reprogramming. This means the organisation has grown slowly and steadily, taking the time it needed to integrate all the changes and developments in education, as Australia continues as a respected provider of education recognised in many parts of the world.
The curriculum in Breathwork Mastery RBM is now delivered by Associate Schools under agreement with the copyright owner Alakh Analda 1998, 2005, 2011 2020, 2025.
It is delivered globally live online and in live groups and sessions.
Victoria Childs has been a consultant for major decisions in this Organisation since 2000.
About the Founder – Alakh Analda
Alakh Analda
Born in Australia in 1950, Alakh has been a professional Breathworker since 1987, and has delivered Breathwork Mastery RBM courses continuously in Australia and overseas since 1993. Breathwork Mastery RBM courses were nationally accredited from 1998 to 2016, up to the Advanced Diploma in Breathwork Mastery RBM level. Alakh is the author, originator & copyright holder © 1998, 2005, 2011, 2025, of the study material for Breathwork Mastery RBM skills, knowledge & training curriculum, International Certification in Breathwork Mastery RBM. She has been the Director of Training since 1998 at Zentium International and Associates Training Organisation.
Alakh studied Metaphysics and trained as a metaphysician in her teenage years. Initiated into Kriya Yoga in India in 1976, she later received the initiation into Sannyasa (Yogic monk). Alakh lived at her yoga master’s ashram in India from 1977 – 1986.
In 1987 she established a Practice from a Sydney base and travelled, delivering groups and workshops across Australia and overseas, including Russia, Edinburgh, and Madrid. The Byron Bay venue was established in 2000, and Alakh conducted the Breathwork Mastery RBM training curriculum with participants coming from different parts of Australia and occasionally overseas.
Alakh was a founding member of the Australian Breathwork Association in 1997 and served as President, Secretary, and on various committees, including chairing the review of Australian Breathwork Association standards in 2020/21. She attended many Breathe Australia Conferences and presented and led at several.
She has been a member of the International Breathwork Foundation (IBF) and the Global Professional Breathwork Alliance (GPBA) since the early 2000s. She is currently an IBF Ambassador and a member of the IBF Professionalism Workgroup. She has presented at many Global Inspiration Conferences and was invited to be the keynote speaker twice. She is now available for private sessions and at the Byron Bay venue and online.
