Alakh Analda was born in 1950, graduated as a Breathworker in 1987 and started training Breathworkers in 1993. She developed the study materials in the 90s, and the Breathwork Mastery RBM curriculum was accredited in the Australian Qualifications Framework from 1998 to 2016. It is now aligned with international standards. A five-level Breathwork Mastery RBM training programme is delivered by trainers and graduates of Breathwork Mastery RBM, live and live-in, in partnership with Alakh Analda, the copyright holder of the Breathwork Mastery RBM curriculum.
