I went to this venue to teach yoga in the early mornings in March 1986. It was a 30 day live in workshop with lots of Breathwork. I had only been back from India for three months and I only knew a bit about Breathwork. After that I decided to become a Breathworker.
It was a deconsecrated Church and we all slept on mattresses on the floor. There were about 30 people there and only one proper bathroom, with makeshift others. That was normal for workshops at the time.
