She says – I am a Registered Nurse (RN, RPN) and Clinical Nurse Specialist (CNS) in Acute Mental Crisis Intervention, with 45 years’ experience, first as a General Nurse, then in mental health across teams in the Sydney and Byron Bay Area Health Services. I participated in the Breathwork Training in the 1990s with Alakh and have studied natural therapies, yoga, and meditation. I have also trained in Reiki, Gestalt, and meditation, and have followed both medical and alternative therapies for most of my adult life.
I have supported the Breathwork Mastery RBM accreditation process, the curriculum, and Zentium International since the 2000s, and have served on the accreditation panel for each resubmission; I also serve on the review committee for the Safe Policies and Procedures for the Breathwork Mastery RBM courses every two years.
I know many international and national breathworkers, including Leonard Orr, whom I hosted in 2011. I also know many Breathwork Mastery RBM graduates and have attended the Global Inspiration conferences in Turkey in 2007 and Kgari in 2025.
